Ko wai ahau? | About Me

Hi my name is Maria. I am in year 6. I go to St Mary's Catholic School in Gisborne. I live with my mum and my uncle. I am a proud Māori. I like art because it's really fun and I enjoy it very much. My favourite sport is hockey. My goal this year is to learn all my times tables and all my divisions. My challenge this year is to not talk to anyone on the mat and listen so I can learn This year I'm looking forward to the disco where I can dance and have fun. I play the piano, play a guitar and do swimming. The person who inspires me is St Francis. He inspires me to look after nature and be a clean rubbish free country.
